Resolves all remaining issues preventing a beta release of GeneralUpdate Skill CodeGen. Comprehensive fix covering version alignment, API correctness, CLI build, and code generator template upgrade.

Code Generator Fix (CRITICAL)

Upgraded generator templates from v10.4.6 API to v10.5.0-beta.4:

• Bootstrap.cs.template: Configinfo + Common.Shared.Object → UpdateRequest + Core.Configuration
• listeners_console.cs.template: IsComplated → IsCompleted
• bowl_notice.cs.template: deprecated MonitorParameter → BowlContext + DumpType
• DeploymentChecklist.md.template: Configinfo → UpdateRequest
• generate.py: removed outdated v10.4.6 comments

Bowl & NuGet Conflict Verification

• Verified Bowl.LaunchAsync real API signature matches templates
• Confirmed NuGet type conflict (CS0433) resolved in v10.5.0-beta.4
• Updated BUGS.md with confirmed resolution status

CLI

• Installed dependencies, fixed TypeScript type error in uninstall.ts
• gskill --help confirmed working

DevOps

• _sync_all.py → verify passes (source → CLI assets)
• Created RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md: 50+ item pre-release checklist
