This PR adds a JN for data processing / preparation:

  • pygmt.select
  • pygmt.blockmean
  • pygmt.xyz2grd

Maybe we don't need a standalone example for data processing?

I'm thinking if we could use pygmt.select to select a subset of earthquakes within 10 km of the mainshock in PR #5 or is there anything we can do in #6

Hm, maybe. I think my idea here was to show that it is possible to create a grid from tabular data directly in GMT / PyGMT.

I feel this example is not needed and can be removed.
