Zfskeys not working

At least i myself was not able to get zfskeys to run yet, but this may be because i don't have any encrypted datasets. Though i don't think not having an encrypted dataset should render the service unable to start.
Will have to perform some further testing and will then return to this issue.

Moving zfskeys from main to unstable, to work on this issue.

Will have to delete unstable branch, since it basically is outdated and unmaintained. Currently i am not directly working on this issue, since i hope that the rcd-to-openrc utility currently developed by me in the tools_rcd-to-openrc branch, should be able to solve the problem by just converting the script.
