Describe the request

Current Behavior: Defaults to Recent directory after every upload. This is particularly tedious when uploading multiple photos, from a deep directory, across multiple posts.

Requested Behavior: The media upload tool remembers the last-used directory.

Implementation Details

• This should be an option in settings.
• This should be only available to some fediverse backends. (Include which ones on the above field).
• This is client-only (and shouldn't sync with the instance).
• This follows the GNOME HIG.
