### 💡 Overview Uses the new webrtc change for getting dimensions natively without stats. This enables to wait for valid dimensions for setting objectFit natively as well. Depends on: GetStream/react-native-webrtc#14

Adds a way to detect dimensions change for local and remote tracks on every frame update and then emit to JS.
And in JS we store the dimensions in the settings.
