This PR enhances the smoketest workflow by adding a SHA output from the branch-deploy step and updating the PR checkout reference to use this SHA instead of the PR number.
Changes:
- Added SHA as an output from the permission-check job
- Replaced PR_NUMBER environment variable with REF (containing SHA)
- Updated checkout command to use the SHA reference
