fix: support Windows in generate script

Context

The project relied on a generate.sh script, which cannot be executed natively on Windows environments (it would fail when running bun dev).

I know... I know... why would anyone use pure Windows anyway?

Changes

• Replaced generate.sh with generate.mjs
• The new scripts detects the OS (Windows or Unix-like)
• Executes the appropriate commands based on the detected environment

Testing

Tested on Linux and Windows - Confirmed working in both environments.

Notes

Behavior for Unix environments remains unchanged!!!
