Because I love this meme and think that my proxy can now be counted as a "small server implementation" as it have a limbo system that load a basic minecraft world in multiple version and e plugin system

Hello, been waiting a long time before opening this PR with my minecraft proxy implementation !
At first it was not strictly a Minecraft server implementation as it was a Proxy, but now that it bundle a native "chunk" for the limbo with a plugin system as it interact with the player.
I think it might deserve a place here !
