Our Cloud Run was deployment was failing due to this. After adding the Werkzeug package we are able to deploy code into the cloud run now.

@indrajeetgour Thanks for this, just need you to sign the CLA before we can merge this. Also we recommend using native IAM Group database authentication over this package for all MySQL users. |
