问题描述 / Description
在使用 Gopeed 下载文件时，点击下载按钮后，下载弹窗有时不会自动显示在最前面，而是出现在其他窗口后面。
When using Gopeed to download a file, after clicking the download button, the download popup sometimes appears behind other windows instead of being brought to the foreground.
这会导致我需要手动去寻找下载弹窗。有时候甚至会误以为没有点击成功，或者下载任务没有正常创建。
Because of this, I often need to manually look for the popup window. Sometimes I may even think that the download button was not clicked successfully or that the download task was not created.
期望表现 / Expected Behavior
点击下载按钮后，Gopeed 的下载弹窗应自动显示在当前窗口前方。
After clicking the download button, the Gopeed download popup should automatically appear in the foreground.
如果可以增加一个可选设置，使该弹窗在用户确认或关闭前保持置顶，会更加方便。
It would be even better if there is an optional setting to keep the popup always on top until the user confirms or closes it.

当前下载弹窗可能会出现在其他活动窗口后面，用户需要手动查找。
The download popup may appear behind other active windows, so the user needs to manually find it.
