As I was looking into #167 I noticed GitHub actions aren't pinned.
Pinning actions is not only a best practice; it's also well-supported by Dependabot, which can update version comments along with the commit hashes.
I just ran
pinact run --updateto pin all actions at once.https://github.com/suzuki-shunsuke/pinact
