I would love an optional feature to remove even more of the exif data. For starters the google strings can absolutely go, they have no value (negative value even...):

Reduces fields from 51 to 18, which is a pretty significant reduction. So easily over half these fields can go, imo. However, some of these fields do have value, like Orientation, so probably best to leave that one.

But as far as I can tell, pretty much everything else can go. Including dates, see also #258

The real question is; What is the absolute minimum number of fields to keep that are still useful?
