Multi toggle layer visibility through click and drag on "eye"-icon

Clicking and dragging on an "eye"-icon for the layer visibility should not move the layer. This should toggle many layers at once by dragging over the icons.

Thanks for filling this issue since it's been on my mind but not tracked here. Hopefully I can justify the distraction of adding this not too long into the future from now.

Hey Keavon,
this is just a "nice to have" thing. We all used PS etc. many years without this behavior.
