Add WP Admin notice upsell for GravityKit

Overview

We should add an admin notice to promote GravityKit's paid add-ons. The notice should appear in the WordPress admin as a non-intrusive upsell targeted at users of the free plugin who don't have any of our paid add-ons installed.

Goals

• Increase awareness of our paid offerings
• Encourage action without being aggressive
• Maintain consistency with GravityKit branding and tone

Landing page

• Ideally, the notice should link through to a landing page that has been created specifically for free users. I can work on creating one once this request has been reviewed.

• Page: Only show on the plugin’s settings page or Gravity Forms settings pages
• Frequency:
  • Show once per week OR
  • Dismissible notice that, once closed, stays hidden.
• Dismissibility: Yes, add a “Dismiss” link that stores user preference
