chore(submodules): bump eyrie to ca64bb8 (emoji ASCII refactor)

Updates external/eyrie pointer to the latest main, which includes
the ASCII-token refactor from PR #37. Without this bump, hawk CI
fails on the checkout-eyrie step because git clone --depth=1
cannot reach the previous pin (f3abc3b) once eyrie's main has
advanced past it via squash-merge.
