Cannot Edit Stream Rules

Description

Attempting to edit a Stream Rule (either from the Streams page or Data Routing page) results in the following error:

Could not update Stream Rule
Updating Stream Rule failed with status: FetchError: There was an error fetching a resource: Bad Request. Additional information: Unable to map property stream_id. Known properties include: value, type, description, inverted, field

Steps To Reproduce

1. Add a stream rule to a stream
2. Attempt to edit and save the rule again

Issue
The bug is in the frontend data flow:

1. DetailsStreamRule.tsx:107 passes the full streamRule object (including id and stream_id) as initialValues to StreamRuleModal
2. StreamRuleModal.tsx:120 — Formik uses initialValues to initialize form state, preserving ALL properties from the object, including stream_id and id
3. StreamRuleModal.tsx:99 — on submit, values contains the full Formik state (with stream_id still present)
4. DetailsStreamRule.tsx:73-74 — data is passed directly to updateStreamRule
5. The PUT request body ends up containing stream_id, which CreateStreamRuleRequest on the backend doesn't accept → Jackson throws PropertyBindingException

Root Cause
The Reflux → react-query migration in PR #25320 removed the field-stripping that the old StreamRulesStore.update did. The fix should restore that behavior in useStreamRuleMutations.
