Plans in the works:
Create a new category for "Transportation" items, which will fall back to "Tools."
"Rails" category will remain, but will fallback to "Transportation" before it falls back to to "Tools."
Boats will be placed into a "Boat" category.
Saddles may be put into a "Land" category, and perhaps the Horse Armor as well (let's discuss).
This will be added into the current MC-1.19 branch, not the Master.
