Preserved copies of the primary source documents behind the cloud region metadata, because providers periodically move or remove these files. Organised by data year then provider, with sources/README.md as a manifest (source URLs, retrieval dates, and a gaps table for documents still needed). Includes: 30 AWS per-region fact sheets + AWS summary/report/methodologies/ assurances; Google environmental reports CY2022-CY2025 + region-carbon-info CSVs 2019-2024; Microsoft 2026 data fact sheet + 2025 report; Oracle Clean Cloud FY2025 data sheet. ~180 MB of PDFs. If binaries of this size are unwanted in git history, consider Git LFS for sources/** or an external release-asset store instead; committed directly here for review. This is ~180 MB of PDFs (no single file >20 MB, so under GitHub's 50 MB warning). Committed directly for review, but if binaries of this size are unwanted in the shared repo's history, the alternatives are Git LFS for
