gmic_gimp_qt.exe in GMIC 3.7.4 reported as Trojan by Windows Defender

I am sure this just another false positive, but I am reporting it anyway. I have attached a screenshot.

I've released G'MIC 3.7.4 yesterday, and it usually takes a few days before a new release is considered as "safe" by some antivirus software. I guess that's the cause of the warning.
