This tool will take two "ActiveMeasurements" CSV exports (as can be created by the "Export CSV" button on the "Trend/Export Measurements" screen in the web UI), one representing the "source" and the other the "destination", then selecting the current root archive location for the source .D2 files and a temporary location for the destination, and finally selecting a date range, will export data from source data over date range to temporary location while translating old OH ID's to new OH ID's.
Application needs to run where it has read file access to source
.D2files, and write access to the destination folder. Also, currently, the CSV's should target a "single" device to make mapping more reliable -- but this could be changed or made optional if source and destination metadata was more "aligned".
