Latest release does not work on macOS Ventura / M1

I've downloaded the release ZIP from https://github.com/GryBsh/NabuNetworkEmulator/releases/tag/0.7.7-pre.3 and opened the nns executable from the finder once to allow it through the "Unidentified developer" gate. It crashes upon startup:
