chore(bench): regenerate artifacts (187 measured, 93 not measured)

Full six-decoder sweep, d=3..15, shots to 100,000, both GPU configurations.

Provenance still records git_tree_dirty: true. That is honest and self-inflicted
rather than a defect: the run overlapped commits b436f04 and ef407cb, so the tree
was genuinely dirty when the stamp was taken. Producing a run stamped clean needs
the benchmark to complete with no concurrent commits - worth doing once
immediately before tagging, so the published artifact matches the tagged tree.
