Creality k1c firmware problem with USB Cloner Tool

After an unsuccessful update of creality k1c with root rights, I tried to use the cloner-2.5.36.1-windows_alpha utility.

I have attached the entire process with screenshots in a file. Can you help?

I had the same issue. Drove me nuts. Use the 2.5.18 version found at the bottom of the page here: https://github.com/CrealityOfficial/K1_Series_Annex/releases/tag/V1.0.0
