Hi,
I’m using a Creality K1C with the Creality-Helper-Script (latest main branch).
In the Install menu, option “24) Install SimplyPrint” says “SimplyPrint is already installed”, but the module is not actually present and Moonraker never loads SimplyPrint.
Details:
- Printer: Creality K1C
- Moonraker runs as:
/usr/data/moonraker/moonraker-env/bin/python /usr/data/moonraker/moonraker/moonraker/moonraker.py -d /usr/data/printer_data
- moonraker.conf is at:
/usr/data/printer_data/config/moonraker.conf
- [simplyprint] is present in moonraker.conf
- There is no modules/simplyprint.py and no modules/simplyprint/ folder under:
/usr/data/moonraker/moonraker/
- No “simplyprint” or pairing-related messages in moonraker.log, and no notifications in Mainsail.
It looks like the “Install SimplyPrint” option in the Helper Script doesn’t actually place the SimplyPrint module files on my K1C firmware build.
Is this a known issue on K1C?
Is there a way to manually install/copy the SimplyPrint module for this setup, or a fixed version of the script that handles K1C correctly?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
