Improved Shapers Calibrations question

Once Improved Shapers Calibrations is installed on an ender 3 v3 KE, what happens when you run the 'Input Shaping' option on the nebula pad?

Does it still do the stock calibration?

I also noted when i installed it, it disabled AUTOTUNE_SHAPERS macro but I still see it as a macro option in mailsail. Although it does not do anything.

Not sure if this is how its supposed to be?

Lastly, do i still use the Creaility G sensor for this?
