On macOS, the get-windows library allows us to capture URLs (so we don't need a separate browser extension) - but we need to verify that. On Windows, that's not supported.
@royru created a browser extension; for certain studies, it'd be nice to (in the onboarding) show the user how to install that extension; and connect it with the PA background monitoring.
