flashing the SenseCap D1 (seed studio)

hi all,

I want to flash my D1 but can't seem to find the firmware for it.. according to the hardware page it should be supported ? https://www.openhasp.com/0.7.0/hardware/seeed-studio/sensecap-indicator-d1/

Hi,

It can be found in the asset list of the latest build under the Github Actions tab.
Click on the last successful build, scroll down to the artifacts and click to download the seeed-studios.zip file.

Thanks @ebo33 however when trying to flash it using the windows tool I get the error message:
2-sync fail. Tips: Please refer to the chip dataset and confirm that strapping pin's status is correct.
Any thoughts on how I'd address this? I've picked ESP32-S3 obviously as the board also.

Use the Serial Port named "USB-SERIAL CH340" in device manager

I have the same trouble of Serial port busy when using the nightly webinstaller. I'll keep digging!

Turns out another software brltty was hogging the ttyUSB0 port : so the CH340 connected, and was kicked 1 sec later. I found it through dmesg.

Once this program is disabled, ttyUSB0 stays up, and I can flash the SenseCAP alright !
