Recommend adding starVLA and InternVLA-M1

First, thank you for maintaining such a comprehensive and valuable repository of VLA-related resources!

While reviewing the current list, I noticed two recently released and highly promising Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models that I believe would be excellent additions.

starVLA

• Repo: https://github.com/starVLA/starVLA
• Why: SOTA results, full open-source, strong performance on robotics benchmarks

InternVLA-M1

• Repo: https://github.com/InternRobotics/InternVLA-M1
• Why: 10B parameters, effective multi-modal fusion, from Shanghai AI Lab

Both are high-quality open-source VLA models that would enhance the Models & Algorithms section.
