When user enters itinerary page first time, a popover hints about personalization. Does not show up after closing.
Personalization depends on user login state in many places. In order to avoid adding new dependencies to outdated fluxible store, UserStore was removed and user now can be accessed conveniently from config.
Lots of refactoring included:
Itinerary folder no longer contains class components or PreferencesStore usage.
