We do not need ART in Halium, but com.android.art contains some libraries like ICU other components (e. g. libmedia.so) depend on.

halium: Include libui_compat_layer
* Drop mdnsd (no longer in source) * Drop ART package (builds dex2oat which is unnecessary and libs needed are now separated) * Drop most Java packages
