Pause tables / updates on manual scroll

The data tables need a way to pause and inspect an entry.

Perhaps:

• make the tables a few rows longer than displayed
• on scroll-down, pause updates / buffer new rows until a scroll/jump to top

#22 added a .paused property to DataTableModule that suspends/resumes #render() calls.
