Consistent JSDoc types

The LLM-generated JSDoc blocks don't all use the same set of types, a mix between pure JSDoc types and Typescript-style types.

Update all comment blocks that reference types, use typescript-style types in JSDoc comments as they are generally more descriptive.

#27 should have resolved most types.

Still open:

• use relative @link #method tags inside classes, instead of @link ClassName#method
• private fields and methods could use better documentation
• use @typedef for complex return types
• HTML(Cell|Row)Element vs generic Node in DashboardModule and inheriting classes
• row/cell callback signatures
• EventTarget classes could use @event and @fires annotations (yet more JSDoc updates: "event" and "fires" #28)
• not all exceptions are documented with @throws (be26552)
