docs: add repository analysis overview

Motivation

• Provide a concise, structured analysis of the repository to help contributors quickly understand project scope, layout, risks, and prioritized next steps.

Description

• Add REPO_ANALYSIS.md at the repository root summarizing repo positioning, directory-scale counts for ccsource/, site/, course/, and reflective-loop-simulator/, tech-stack observations from package.json, subsystem responsibilities, strengths/risks, and prioritized recommendations.

Testing

• Performed repository inspection and validation commands (rg --files, sed -n excerpts of README.md and course/README.md, a Python script to count files, and git add/git commit) to generate and commit the analysis, and all commands completed successfully.
