Summary

Update docs to include notebook use.
Don't have to remove wizards entirely, but they're no longer the preferred way of working with 5STES - notebooks (with workbench) are - so this should be documented.

Acceptance Criteria

• Wizard example docs moved to a separate section
• Notebook example docs on website in a separate section
• Common example/explanation docs in a separate section
• Tests pass.
• Documentation added.
