@thompson318 - can I merge this automated update to the sandpaper workflow for this lesson? The one change I've added is to re-name links.yaml to links.yml due to the issue below.

The latest from the maintainers (on Carpentries slack), is that the following steps are required:

• If you have custom workflows in your repository that have the .yaml extension, or have modified the provided sandpaper workflows, these will be removed/overwritten. To avoid this, rename these files to have a .yml extension and they will be left intact. You will then have to manage any subsequent modifications or updates yourself for your workflows.
• Merge this PR
• If you still have duplicate actions, you may need to: manually edit the sandpaper-version.txt file in .github/workflows in your repo, changing the version from 0.18.4 to 0.18.3. Commit this change, and run the "04 Maintain: Update Workflow Files" manually with the default options. Merge the new raised PR.

I can check for any issues after this PR is merged, and do the fix mentioned above if required.
