Save File Dialog won't select existing files for overwrite

After selecting an existing file, clicking save doesn't proceed to closing the dialog and calling the callback.

This should notify the user that the file exists, and if they wish to overwrite, like every other save dialog I think I've ever used.

Additionally, the current directory should automatically be appended in the path box, it's all very finnicky to get the dialog to compose the correct filepath.

Hi, the first one is a bug, will fix that later, the second one is a half design choice because if you are in select multiple files mode the textbox gets messy and you can just Navigate quickly using the breadcrumb menu by just clicking on a non button part it then reveals a textbox which you can just edit the path.

Which version do you use? Because i can't reproduce the issue

It's likely that the message box gets behind the window or gets put somewhere on the screen or is in the main window. I will try to change that behavior.

Thanks for looking into this so quick. I'm not at my pc now, but the version is the latest - i just snagged the nuget today. And the window might well be getting lost somewhere - I was having some issues with getting modal windows working, it might be related, I'll look into it and let you know.

I understand what you mean with multiple files and the textbox. The core of the problem with this is that if you just enter a filename straight into the textbox, it doesn't pick up the current directory and won't accept it. Maybe you could make it accept just the raw filename, and auto-append the path on submission?

Also as a quality of life, it would be good for the dialog to list the accepted filetypes.

Modal the class or the Dialog class, because they behave differently, you can only have one active Modal at a time (restricted by ImGui) and the Dialog api is basically Modals but you can open multiple and stack them. But the problem that the MessageBox and Dialog with Parent is not there is just because of a Viewport issue of ImGui itself, when you hover the dialog over the main window then the new Element gets merged into the MainWindow and not in the Dialog window and "hides" itself behind the dialog, but I think i found a workaround for that.

About the paste file path I could add this (side note: that if you set the path in multi select it will remove all other selected files too)
