Updated the package version to `3.0.0-beta` to mark the start of a new beta release. This reflects significant changes or upcoming features in the package.
Restructured the plugin architecture for better organization and maintainability. Updated paths in `package.json` and various configurations to reflect the new structure. - Moved Vite and Webpack specific plugins into a `plugin` folder. - Updated entry point configurations in `vite.config.ts` and `package.json` to reflect directory changes. - Replaced manual DTS generation with `vite-plugin-dts` for streamlined type declarations. - Introduced a new shared state management file `state.ts` for project-level transformations. - Updated tests and mocks to align with the new plugin structure and naming conventions.
- Deleted the `branches` filter under `pull_request` as it is redundant with the default configuration. - Simplifies the workflow configuration and eliminates unnecessary constraints.
