Placeholder Animation Implementation

Currently, the placeholder behavior in all editors snaps instantly between states.
For example, in a TextField, the placeholder jumps to its floating position when the field becomes non-empty, instead of animating smoothly.

We already have this behavior in our backlog for future releases. Unfortunately I don't have an ETA rn.
We'll let you know when it's out.
