This commit introduces a new command, "Run All Requests Sequentially", which allows users to execute all HTTP requests in the current document one after another. The following changes were made: - Added a new command `rest-client.run-all-requests-sequentialy` to `package.json`. - Implemented the `runAllSequentially` method in `requestController.ts` to iterate through all requests in the document and execute them sequentially. - Registered the new command in `extension.ts` to connect it to the `runAllSequentially` method. - Implemented the `getAllRequests` method in `selector.ts` to extract all HTTP requests from the given editor and document. - Modified the runCore method in `requestController.ts` to accept activeColumn and document parameters. - Modified the append method in `httpResponseTextDocumentView.ts` to append the response to the existing document. These changes enhance the Rest Client extension by providing a convenient way to run multiple requests in a single file, improving workflow efficiency.
