Implement new intent for detecting:

• high battery usage and identifying top draining processes.
• to compare current system state with previous session/day baseline.
• safety-check intent for disabling services/processes

EXAMPLE QUERIES:

1. "Which process is draining my battery?"
2. "Why is my battery dropping fast?"
3. "What changed since yesterday?"
4. "Why is my CPU higher than usual?"
5. "Is it safe to disable this?"
6. "Can I turn this off?"
