Empty author profiles are rendered under publications.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add authors directly to a page (no author profiles)
2. Render the page

Expected Result

Only the admin/owner author has a profile rendered at the bottom of a page.

Actual Result

Stubs for author profiles are rendered for authors with not data.
