This pull request refactors and modularizes the configuration and HTTP logic for the evlog adapters, improving maintainability and consistency across integrations. It introduces shared utilities for config resolution, HTTP requests, and severity mapping, and updates the Axiom, Better Stack, and OTLP adapters to use these new utilities. The configuration resolution is now more robust and standardized, and duplicate logic is removed.
