Clamp negative brightness before applying exponent

With my personal backlight, and without this fix:

brightnessctl set -e2 -n3 0%
# Current brightness: 3 (1%)
brightnessctl set -e2 -n3 10%-
# Current brightness: 856 (9%)

With the fix it stays at the minimum value.
