Can't rebuild FDA 2.0.2 because NuGet is pointing to ras-nuget-private

When trying to build HEC-FDA 2.0.2 solution it fails with NU1301 error because solution it pointing to private repo called ras-nuget-private. Is there a workaround for this error? Screenshot of the errors is attached.

I am not sure if we have a workaround. When our lead developer is funded to work on HEC-FDA upon reopening of the government, we will discuss options.
