LL import only works with Unsteady HDF right now. Evaluate whether we can get a handle on enough information from the LifeSim database to import grids in the same manner.

HydraulicProfile.cs has a method for getting water surface elevations for any type of hydraulic data. we should go through that in the importer, but if we can't handle a LifeSim model with grids we need to give a good error.
