[Windows 11] Theme Park Inc (SimCoaster) refuses to load past the intro doors

I've tried before using this bunch of TPI fixes, but the only solution I found (still relatively unplayable..) is to use a CPU throttler (e.g. BES: https://mion.yosei.fi/BES/#download).
You can progress past the doors when you throttle BES to limit at 30% or more (ideally 35%). Resulting in a miserable slideshow.

From what I can tell, some recent changes in Windows 11 have made timing changes and the game cannot handle it. If you click on the game window itself and drag a few times, you can make the game progress a little bit.

Setting hypervisorlaunch to off and then deleting the bcdedit entry, made the game work again (does it force QPC recalibration returning to invariant TSC timing?). Would be great if someone else would confirm my findings.

Sorry, I don't have a windows 11 pc to test on and I didn't have such issue on my windows 10 pc.

These timing issues seem really weird. Not sure if it could be related to your issue but I remember some people having issues when fast boot is enabled in windows: basically windows does not reset its uptime when shutting down if fast boot is enabled, and some games like this one have issues with a very high uptime. You could try disabling fast boot to see if it works but aside from that I cannot really help here.
