Structure for full ensemble

Per this suggestions https://github.com/IAMconsortium/climate-definitions/issues/1#issuecomment-4144056342 by @chrisroadmap, we could add the full ensemble output (ie. all realizations?) in a structure similar to the percentiles.

Please provide an example similar to #2.
