Fix typos to code names

• SectorCategory has ENERGY GENERATION AND SUPPLY in capitals. The DAC download seems not to have information about withdrawn 3 digits codes. Therefore we need to make the change ourselves in this repo.
• PolicyMarker has no space between the word Reduction and the bracket: Disaster Risk Reduction(DRR). DAC Policy markers is a short list that isn't included in the DAC XML codelist download. Therefore we need to make the change ourselves in this repo.
