This PR incorporates the changes from #419

Key changes:

  • Moved to ai/skills/code-engine-specialist
  • Make description more concise (60 characters)
  • Reduce size by splitting into cli-reference, troubleshooting and patterns.
  • Used IBM Bob's create-skill skill to write the reference in a concise and procedural fashion
  • change to ubi10 where image exists
  • small typo

The PR also adjusts the Blog post "deploy-from-bob"

Pls test from here:

Note, that the split requires to configure IBM Bob with:

Allow outside workspace tools - In the IBM Bob chat -> Settings (icon) -> Chat -> Allow outside workspace tool requests

Much improved over the previous version. The split into separate reference files is clean and the structure is a lot easier to follow. Overall this looks very good.
