Need to think through the pros and cons

• May be an issue to handle the MICR font that Tesseract is trained on.
• Also reduces a bit of the hybrid flexibility in packaging Tesseract inside the action.
• Should the parser learn over time? That's an argument for Watson. If deterministic though, stick with Tesseract.
